Portugal will limit, from Thursday, gatherings to five people except weddings and baptisms which can be attended by 50 people. A proposal to the government will be made to make masks mandatory in crowded public places. Germany is limiting public gatherings in hotspot areas to ten people and gatherings in private spaces to two households. In non-hotspot areas gatherings are limited to 25 people.
