TRAVELLING OUT OF BELGIUM FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS

For ESSENTIAL Travel (as defined at Annex A).  An Access to SHAPE Form is required for personnel who travel from red areas. No forms are required after travel from GREEN or ORANGE areas.  RED areas can be found on the ‘You are returning from…’ table at https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en/covid_table

For ALL leave travel.  JPA is to be updated with leave dates, this can be achieved by booking an appointment at the JPA suite or submitting leave via the My Leave App on the Defence Gateway (the latter must be done at least 3 days before the first day of leave). Leave dates should include any periods of mandatory quarantine.
