American Express GBT – Your New Travel Service Email Address
From the change date below, you should use the new American Express GBT email addresses when contacting the travel service. All emails you receive from the travel service will come from the American Express GBT email domain – @amexgbt.com.
Any e-mails sent to our @hrgworldwide.com addresses will be auto-forwarded for the next few days – after that you will receive automated notification advising that the e-mail address is NO LONGER attended, please ensure you update your records as a priority.

From the change date below, you should use the new American Express GBT telephone number(s) to contact the travel service.

What you will need to do: To ensure a smooth transition, it is critical that you begin using the new travel service contact details from the relevant change dates (and not before). We recommend you make a note to update your speed dial and other calling devices. Make sure you also listen to the new menu prompts, as these may change too. After the change dates, any phone numbers/emails you were using to contact the HRG travel service will no longer be manned.
