BELGIAN TAX LETTERS
It is the time of year where Belgian Tax Letters are sent out, so please check your mailbox for one. If you, or your spouse, receive one please use the following guidelines so they can be returned and dealt with.
1. Please print and complete this French Version of Annex 1:
(Below is a copy in English for your information).
The Service Personnel/ UKBC should complete the form, and sign it, with the Dependents (over 18 years old) details added at the starred point in the picture:
2. Take a copy of annex 1, and a copy of the tax letter received (the green single sheet, either a photo or a scan), any pages with personal details are required.
3. Email all documents to nadia.elhamdi329@mod.gov.uk
