Sirs and other fellow SHAPians,
You will hopefully have seen the messages by various means inviting you and family members, for those serving here accompanied, to the Town Hall on 8 Oct 21.
The Town Hall will still begin at 1400, however we have adjusted the plan so that tea, coffee and biscuits can be served in the foyer from 1330 to welcome you all. DSACEUR and the NMR will be there from 1345 and are keen to mingle before we all go into the cinema at/around 1400. Many thanks for those who have already accepted (or declined) the calendar invitation on official IT and those who have spotted the community-wide notices. Despite the short notice, I hope all those intending to come can arrive in time to enjoy the refreshments and settle into the event.
