What elements of RAF culture are important to personnel?

Our culture affects everything we do. What are the things that are really important to you about the way we do things in the RAF? Stations, messes, uniforms, badges, medals, air safety, trades, branches, hierarchy, administration, orders and rules…Please give your opinions – we’re listening.

     
What is the survey about
The purpose of this study is to determine the RAF’s current organisational culture and understand what specific elements of culture are important to personnel.   
Who can take part?
All military and civilian RAF personnel are invited to participate in this study. Participation is completely voluntary.   
Do I have to take part?
No, participation is entirely voluntary. 
How do I take part?
Just click on this link CULTURE SURVEY LINK  Please use Google Chrome or Edge. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Survey closes on 24 Oct 21. 
What will happen to the information I provide?
The survey is anonymous, and all your responses will be kept confidential.  Your response data will be assigned a unique ID so your data will remain non-identifiable at all stages of research.
