The MODNET service center that went live Monday 18 Oct 2021 are experiencing issues with actioning password resets. The J6 team can still request a password reset by calling the SPOC however this is currently taking a minimum of 1 hour on hold. J6 are now collecting information for password resets and will be applying for them in bulk once a day. This will result in longer wait times until MODNET UK resolve the problem.
