To download an NHS certificate of vaccination you may create an NHS online logon at https://www.coronavirus-record.service.nhs.uk

• Use a personal device with camera access.
• You will be asked to validate the account with a form of British ID
• If asked for a postcode, use the practice postcode BF1 2AG  

The certificate may then be downloaded at https://covid-status.service.nhsx.nhs.uk/
