ISODET Arrivals

Congratulations on your assignment! The ISODET Support Cell will be your admin support during your time overseas, they will contact you over the coming months/weeks with various bits of information and guidance to aid your move.  You are requested to complete all documentation in a timely manner.  We can be contacted with any issues, queries or concerns along the way.

Pre-Arrivals Checklist

Please ensure you have completed all of the following steps included in this Pre-Arrivals Checklist:

Supportability DIN: Before you start this process please ensure that you have read and fully understood the Supportability DIN below & actioned the rest of this Pre-Arrivals Checklist.

Supportability DIN

Medical Care – FCO HEALIX: Medical care is provided via FCO HEALIX. Please ensure you go to https://healthline.healix.com to register each family member, as you will all require medical clearance.

SOFA Cards: Please use this Sofa Cards link (on MoDNET) to upload your information for all family members requesting SOFA cards. Once we receive your SOFA cards they will be sent to your address of choice.

Pre-Assignment Recce Visits DIN: There is a requirement to read through the Pre Assignment Recce Visits DIN (on MoDNET)

Education of Service Children and Young People-JSP 342: There is a requirement to read through JSP 342 (on MoDNET)

Dependency Policy – There is also a requirement to read the Dependency Policy.

Proposed arrival date in Belgium, otherwise just use assignment date if not known.
Please enter the date you are available to commence work in your new location.
Primary UK passport if held regardless of primary nationality.

By ticking this box I certify that I have taken all action detailed in the Pre-Arrivals Checklist, as well as read and understood the Supportability DIN. I understand that should I fail to declare any special circumstances, such as current or previous Social Work Service intervention, medical conditions or educational needs, I, and/or my family, may be returned to the UK immediately upon arrival in-country. I further understand that I must not travel to my next assignment without first being issued a ‘Call Forward’ for my assignment, from either the NSE or Families Section (dependant on accompanied status).
