As you will be acutely aware, all personnel coming back into Belgium from a Red area are being instructed to quarantine and take a COVID test on day 1 and day 7 by the Host Nation.
Tests can be booked at any Belgium Government testing centre on the Website using the online facility or you can use one of the drive through testing centres.
There is a drive through centre at St Vincent Hospital, Soignies 7060, which has been used by a number of our community for which you only need the SMS code, however, it can take up to 72 hrs for the results to come back. If you wish to use St Vincent Hospital please be aware that the POC for the CoVID test result is Mrs Antoaneta Lazarova on 065 32 53 87 (not Miss Mathilde), if there is no answer you can email her antoaneta.s.lazarova.ln@mail.mil giving the full name(s) of those who had a test, and a contact number to be called back on.
There is currently no cost for a test taken on receipt of an SMS Code after travel into Belgium.
